Upvalley merchants want talks with Wine Train | Napa Valley Register.

The St. Helena City Council announced its intention in January to make the city more friendly to business. Businesses are asking city leaders to make good on that pledge by seeking a major shift in policy and forging an agreement with the Napa Valley Wine Train to allow passengers off the train in town.

Ron Sculatti of Mario’s Mens Clothing in St. Helena collected about 90 signatures from local businesspeople, urging the city to reopen negotiations with the train.
