Clif Clendenen for NCRA representative, and other CPD meeting notes

Seems Clif put his hat in to be a representative on the NCRA board. Some say he is pro rail, other say he is firmly against restoration of the railroad.

The representative is usually selected from one in the board of the county supervisors, but not always.

Dan Hauser says Clif would be good to be on the board. Dan is willing to serve on NCRA board, if appointed. He just wants to help out the railroad, and businesses.

THA news, despite “Not a Native” alluding that they didn’t meet the lease agreement this time around, it has exceeded the lease agreement two years in a row. Much more work to be done on the buildings.

Can’t get grants right now until the combined THA/Marine terminal EIR comes out.

The roundhouse is only one of two wooden roundhouses in California.
