Railroad going east?

Bill Bartium brought a map of a proposed railroad route going east. Public is mostly asking the Harbor District to hold off on the funds so the route can be studied.
Motion was delayed.
My thoughts are the east railroad, Humboldt Short line, Then Marine Highway. However the Marine Terminal can be worked on now. We need jobs now. I’m not willing to give up jobs now.
