Some gems;

On Wednesday, Sonoma County shippers said they’re anxious for cargo service to return.

“Freight is a very important part of our future,” said Dick Caletti of Standard Structures, a Windsor company that makes industrial wood beams.

One rail car can carry three truckloads of freight, said Bill Owens of Korbel Champagne Cellars in Guerneville.

It would be great for Sonoma County. Maybe fewer trucks on 101 would ease the Santa Rosa bottleneck.

Would be awesome to get rail going again. I hope someday they restore rail service up to Eureka. Would be nice to see some trains running again.

Hooray lets get the trains rolling hopefully we can keep the trail issue from slowing down the progress of the new rail service on the north end
