No Rhody parade this year

Seems as though the Eureka Chamber decided back in December to not do the Rhody parade anymore. It was announced today. TS has the dish. They don’t do the 4th of July either. It would of been nice for them to let everyone know back when they decided it so a new organization can have the chance to do things this year.
UPDATE: New TS link, none of the old comments are with the new link. I guess we should hold off until the real article gets posted.
